Connects a real XPR wallet and signs in with one "Authorize" tap (identity proof — no transaction, no token amount). WebAuth desktop falls back to a signed-only, never-broadcast sigillogin::login action — never a token transfer. Reference implementation of the shared xpr-login.js helper.
